Governed by NWT Elections & Plebiscites Act

• No candidate or other person shall broadcast a speech or any entertainment or advertising on polling day for an election, or on the day immediately before polling day, to promote or oppose a candidate’s election.
• No political advertising is allowed between elections
• No billboards/OOH formats available in NWT
